I’ve always been hands-on.

Age 5, I snuck into the basement and learned to use my dad’s drill on my own.

I maintained my parents home growing up, repaired stucco, painted the exterior, added walls and doors, etc. And did odd jobs for neighbors.

We had family boats bought used and tired, I brought them back to ship-shape.

In college, I worked on peoples homes, painting, repairing, and on boats maintaining them.

We added a 1,000 square foot addition to our home which I General Contracted the work and did a lot of the work ourselves.

Simultaneously, two brother-in-laws did additions, gut remodeled and we helped each other on our projects.

I have buddies in the trades who have given the pointers on the union tricks.

I’ve always done all of the work on my own home to the highest quality and will treat your home with the same respect
